He has a solid experience advising multinational companies, leaders in the oil and gas industry, and is an expert in strategic infrastructures management.
He has a deep analytical understanding focused on energy regulation with emphasis on the Oil & Gas Industry, Administrative Law, Contracts Negotiation and Environmental Law.
Julio is also in charge of the management and supervision of Social Responsibility & Compliance matters, and is an expert in regulated extractive sectors and corporate affairs.
