Christian Stein is a lawyer with a law degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú and heads the Civil and
Administrative Law - Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department of the firm.
He has postgraduate studies in Civil and Commercial Law and in State Contracting, a Doctorate Degree in
Education, a Diploma in Arbitration, State Contracts, Public Management and Administrative Law; a
specialization in Disputes Resolution and a Certification in Legislation on Digital Media.
Christian has a vast experience in Civil Law, Civil Procedural Law, Criminal Law, Commercial Law,
Administrative Law, Constitutional Law and Municipal Law, with more than 20 years of professional practice
linked to governmental management. During this time, he was first instance Judge in Civil, Criminal and
Commercial Courts, as well as Superior Judge in Civil and Commercial Courts, becoming President (ad int) of
the Court.
He is also a mediator and arbitrator specialized in Civil and Commercial Law and State Contracting, lead
trainer in Alternative Dispute Resolution, certified by the Ministry of Justice of Peru, consultant, speaker and
lecturer.
He has more than 30 years of experience as professor at private universities and public institutions.
Christian dedicates all his experience to generate efficient legal solutions in favor of our clients, favoring the
peaceful solution to eventual controversies and disputes.
