Duilio Casaretto is a lawyer with a law degree from Universidad de Lima and he oversees the Civil and Administrative Law Department of the firm.
He is an expert in real estate, with emphasis in land reorganization and titling of urban and rural properties, indigenous and native communities’ property rights, having more than 20 years of experience in the public sector. He has been certified by the Peruvian National Superintendency of State-Owned Assets as a land reorganization specialist.
He has an extensive experience in advising and handling administrative, civil, commercial and litigation proceedings, related to the activities of his area.
